**Assistant**
**Mill Manager** located in the community of Randolph. This position reports to the
** Mill Manager**.

Your days will include:

- Managing and developing a High-Performance Team focused on HyLife values
- Ensuring HACCP procedures are followed and maintaining certification
- Coordinating feed manufacturing process/optimizing assets
- Supporting preventative maintenance programs and Maintenance Team
- Providing leadership to employee development & training
- Ensuring a safe workplace
- Leading a continuous improvement environment
- Producing a quality product, on time, and to specifications
- Assist in performance coaching plans
- Liaison between feed mill and other departments in Hylife
- Good understanding of Key Performance Indicators
- Assisting in budgeting process and meeting targets

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

- 5 years Feed Mill or manufacturing experience an asset
- Good understanding of HACCP program, regulations, and laws pertaining to feed manufacturing
- Power engineer certificate an asset
- Strong Communication skills
- Previous management experience an asset
- Valid Class 5 license
