**ABOUT THE ROLE**
This role requires someone who is highly organized and possesses excellent communication skills. This is an in-person position requiring on-site work at our warehouse, **ideally Monday through Wednesday from 8AM-4PM**. While these are the preferred days and hours, we can offer some flexibility to accommodate your schedule.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Facilitate and resolve order-related issues, including:
- Managing orders with out-of-stock items.
- Addressing and processing returned orders.
- Validating product information for customer inquiries.
- Assist customers with general product knowledge and order inquiries, including edits, cancellations, and forwarding.
- Report inaccuracies or misleading information on the website and social media platforms to the Marketing team.
- Cross-check product page information with the actual product in the warehouse before launching new products.
- Provide occasional support to warehouse operations as needed.
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- Superior communication skills (both verbal and written) are essential.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Drive) is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of Shopify and Gorgias is an asset.
- Tech-savvy or willing to learn new technologies (e.g., CRM software, collaborative tools).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently and maintain high attention to detail.
- A proactive problem solver who takes ownership of mistakes and seeks solutions independently and collaboratively as needed.
- A team player capable of working with mínimal supervision.
- Knowledge of K-beauty and other skincare/makeup products is a plus but not mandatory.
- Quick learner and self-starter with a proactive attitude.
