**Location: North York, ON located at 25 Sheppard Ave W, North York, ON M2N 6S8; Hybrid**

**What to Expect**:
You will be responsible for driving the acceleration of our Citizen Development program, specifically focusing on Low-code Platforms. This role involves building capabilities, developing people, advocating for adoption, and acting as a trainer and coach to share knowledge and expertise, all while using a self-service approach to facilitate business transformation and ensure governance and strategy execution.

- Perform training on Low-code Platforms; such as Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Microsoft Power Platforms, Power Automate Desktop, SharePoint and other non-code/low-code platforms.
- Drive engagement with Citizen Development following Citizen Development framework.
- Evaluating business processes, documenting requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and providing multiple implementation options.
- Provide expertise with Automation Anywhere, Power Automate Desktop, Microsoft Power Platforms, SharePoint and other emerging low-code platforms.
- Enforce Compliance by Design in developed solutions and adhere to the governance guidelines model to ensure seamless business continuity.
- Communicate Success Stories and drive advocacy across the organization.

**Role Requirements**
- 3 years of hands-on experience in Low-code Platforms such as Automation Anywhere, Power Automate Desktop, Microsoft Power Platforms, SharePoint and others.
- Ability to train and coach, enabling others to learn and grow professionally.
- Work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results and strong mindset to lead organizational change and transformation.

**Preferred Skills**
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to confidently present to non-technical audiences.
- Experience in Agile methodology.
- Coding skills in languages such as Python, C#, etc.
