MicroAge is hiring a Marketing and Communications Coordinator

**What we need you to do**
- Manage our corporate websites and social media delivery
- Manage the social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day marketing operation and involvement; including capturing and posting relevant content, respond to requests and comments, work with our content providers and evaluate new mediums
- Execute Marketing strategy via CRM tools
- Work with other MicroAge locations and their marketing initiatives
- Follow a defined execution plan for posts and e-marketing promotion.
- Plan, coordinate and execute in-house events, contests, breakfast/lunch-and-learns, customer appreciation events, trade shows other external events
- Develop, improve and provide analytics and reports monthly
- Keep in-house digital and print marketing material up-to-date and adhering to franchise requirements
- Organize and facilitate in community involvement initiatives (sponsorships, volunteer initiatives, donation requests)
- Draft external client communications and promotions
- Work with the President and team members to build branding initiatives
- Assist in evaluating and implementing marketing automation tools

**What we need you to know**
- Excellent communication, both verbal and written
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Experience running paid digital marketing campaigns on social media platforms
- Experience with WordPress is an asset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Advanced level with Social Media platforms: Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram etc.
- Experience in Video and Graphic Design is an asset
- Experience with SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager an asset
- Experience managing more than one brand on a CSM an asset
- Knowledge in HTML and CSS an asset

**Formal Educational Requirements**
- Diploma or equivalent experience
- Graphic Design (asset)
- Web Development (asset)

Hours/Availability: Monday to Friday 8:30-5 (may require work in the evenings/Saturday/Sunday for events and coordination)

Must have a valid license and access to a reliable vehicle

Experience in tech industry will be an asset

**Required experience**:

- Marketing: 3 years
- Web Development: 1 year
- Graphic Design: 1 year

Job Location:

- Drivers License (Class 5)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $48,000.00-$56,000.00 per year
