As the newest _**Production Supervisor**_ for **K-Bro Linen Systems**(K-BRO), you will be based out of our centrally located facility in Burnaby at 8035 Enterprise Street, just off Lougheed Highway (near Lake City Skytrain Station). This modern commercial laundry facility underwent a multi-million dollar upgrade in 2018 and services some of the largest and most recognized global hotel brands located in the Greater Vancouver area and Whistler.

**POSITION TITLE: Production Supervisor**

Location: Burnaby, BC (8035 Enterprise St.)

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Provide direction and supervision to production staff to achieve maximum productivity.
- Ensure production is completed in sequence, and in a timely manner, every day.
- Provide ongoing coaching and training to production staff.
- Partner with Customer Service, Quality Control, Maintenance and Freight to find solutions for K-Bro’s customers.
- Support lead hands, Production Managers, and the Plant Manager in achieving operational success.
- Ensure health and safety protocols are being followed.

- **Production Experience**: Experience in a production environment is considered an asset but is not a must-have.
