**About us**

C&O Apparel is a leading design and manufacturing company in Burnaby. We operate state of an art 83,000 sq ft manufacturing facility with approximately 120 employees in Canada to service our domestic and international customers.

We are now seeking a full-time Production Coordinator who has an interest in garment manufacturing and processing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set-up production orders/cutting tickets and maintain data accuracy.
- Provide orders information for marker preparation and conduct marker verification.
- Coordinate and liaise with production supervisors and sew contractors to maintain the smooth operation of production.
- Work with Cutting department for production progress and assist in any quality issues of fabrics.
- Manage receiving of fabric containers and arrange labor for unloading.
- Work with sample room for production samples and calculate consumption of binding cut.
- Coordinate with QC team on quality control of domestic orders and assist in quality issues as needed.
- Coordination of pre-shipments inspection and work with Logistics for schedule of domestic shipments.
- Monitoring and reporting sewing progress.
- Assist duties related to production processing.

**Requirements**:

- 3 - 5 years related experience in garment production management.
- Familiar with garment production process and quality inspection standards.
- Good time management, teamwork spirit and communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure with efficient manner to achieve task objectives.
- Fluency in English and Cantonese.
