We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Worker to join our manufacturing team. We have opportunities for entry level and also experienced, on all shifts with a competitive hourly rate

Working within a team, you will help build many types of custom fabricated glass products. We offer multiple departments for you to learn functions like cutting, tempering, lamination and fabrication.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Monitor production processes to ensure product quality and consistency, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle raw materials and supplies needed for production, including loading and unloading material.
  • Follow established safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
  • Participate in training sessions and skill development programs to enhance your knowledge and proficiency in production techniques.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot issues, implement process improvements, and achieve production targets.

**Qualifications**

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Basic English proficiency required.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy.
  • Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors.
  • Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or production role will be a plus.

**Physical Requirements**

  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with exposure to noise, heat, and dust.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
