We are looking for Partner Program Manager II in the US or Canada to join our Global Partner Sales Organization reporting to the director of Partner Programs & Operations. In this role, you will own, manage, and evolve partner programs vital to the financial success of our network of partners, which includes our “Guardians of the Network” Partner SPIFF program and our Demo Lab program. You will drive the communication and ongoing management of these programs and their supporting elements and work cross-functionally with groups such as Marketing, IT, and Enablement to ensure their efficient operation and execution. This critical role will unlock deeper engagement with Infoblox’s partner community and worldwide field organization and is an excellent opportunity to join a fast paced, growing company in the network security industry.

**What you’ll do**:

- Create, manage, and communicate partner new partner incentives and own the management of current programs including our SPIFF and demo programs
- Work closely with Channel Sales reps at Infoblox to promote the use of our programs, foster enablement, and receive feedback on how to implement changes to programs, systems, and processes
- Coordinate with Infoblox’s Enablement and Education teams to ensure partners have sufficient resources to be self-sufficient in their use including maintenance of trainings in the Partner Portal
- Work with the director of Programs & Operations to develop continued improvements to partner programs
- Collaborate with the manager of Partner Communications to ensure clear and concise communication on a regular basis about the programs you manage for both Infoblox employees and external audiences
- Work closely with IT to improve and increase automation of systems and tools both internal employees and partners utilize
- Participate and present as required at partner summits for AMS, EMEA, and APJ
- Contribute to Infoblox’s commitment to simplifying through operational process improvements

**What you’ll bring**:

- 5+ years of experience in channel/sales programs
- An understanding of the partner process and systems, including discounting, deal registration practices, SPIFFS and partner payouts
- Experience with supporting sales teams and developing tools and materials for a variety of user groups globally
- Cross-functional experience with groups including field marketing, enablement, IT and sales
- Proven experience and project management skills in a highly matrixed organization, and proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, SFDC; familiarity with a reporting tool like Tableau, and Xtrm is a plus
- Must be able to create channel content
- Ability to articulate channel strategy and program to peers and various functional business groups
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skill
- Bachelor’s degree required

**What success looks like**:
After six months, you will
- Own all aspects of our Demo/NFR Program
- Have established working relationships with all cross-functional stakeholders that ensure the success of the programs you manage

After about a year, you will
- Act as a trusted advisor for Channel Sales reps, solution architects, and Channel Sales leaders on topics related to the programs you manage
- Be the lead on strategies to improve and grow the programs you manage
- Understand the full suite of programs the Programs team owns and work toward ease of doing business and interoperability of that suite of programs with the ones you manage

Please keep in mind that the range mentioned is the base salary range for the role. The typical base salary range for this position based in the province of British Columbia is $76,900 - $112,000 CAD plus corporate bonus
