**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Manage Medications**: Process prescriptions for pets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with veterinary requirements.
- **Client Communication**: Answer questions related to veterinary medications and provide guidance on their proper use.
- **Maintain Records**: Keep detailed records of all compounded medications and prescriptions.
- **Support Pharmacists**: Assist pharmacists in the preparation and dispensing of veterinary medications.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Data entry experience.
- **Veterinary Medical Terminology** **is required.**:

- A willingness to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- **Previous experience in a veterinary setting is required.**:

- Veterinary Assistant (VA) or Veterinary Office Assistant (VOA) program certificate is an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
