**Job Summary**:
We are currently seeking a Client Management Specialist to join our Emerging Market’s Team at our Torbram facility in Brampton. As a CMS you will be responsible for coordinating and project managing activities for industry leading clients. You will have the opportunity to work with teams from across the company including Sales, Graphics, Pre-Press, Programming and Production. This position will provide you the opportunity to acquire skills and expertise in a new and evolving market sector.
- Manage scope and schedule to track the timely execution of all assigned projects
- Manage & communicate product launch timelines with internal & external partners
- Take a lead role in understanding emerging trends, regulations as well as Client needs
- Keep the Project Team and Customer informed of project progress through regular status reporting and ongoing communication
- Understand, interpret, plan, co-ordinate and manage Client requirements and requests
- Continuously seek and implement opportunities to enhance the process
- Ensure that Client commitments are met and report to Senior Management when it becomes evident that a Client’s Statement of Work, Project Schedule, or Service Level Agreement is in jeopardy of not being met
- Ability to develop and manage work back, and project schedules
- Capable of managing multiple clients with different needs
- Ability to manage tight timelines
- Ability to work in a fast-pace, dynamic industry
- Proficiency in problem solving, resolving issues, and developing solutions based on client requests
- Full understanding of Client contract terms and conditions; SOWs and SLAs as assigned
- Develop project cost estimates
- Manage monthly billing
**Requirements**:
- 1 - 5 years experience within a Customer Service department along with Client facing project implementation experience
- Very organized and hard-working with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Team orientated with a successful track record based on executing cross-functional projects
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) and the ability to manage multiple Clients effectively while working with little supervision
- Ability to think out-of-the box and drive creative solutions
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word)
- D365 ERP Experience
- Ability to interact professionally and effectively at all organizational levels including senior leadership and directly with Customers
- Excellent Client management skills
- Ability to lead weekly / bi-weekly client meetings and present project updates
- Other duties as assigned
