We are seeking a skilled Backend Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Data Management**:Efficiently manage, organize, and maintain critical data related to client projects and compliance activities.
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all data entries.

**Auditing and Quality Assurance**:Conduct internal audits and quality checks on compliance-related data and reports.
Identify discrepancies and take corrective actions as necessary.

**Backend Support**:Provide support to consultants in generating and formatting reports, presentations, and documentation.
Collaborate with the team to ensure the smooth execution of compliance projects.

**Client Communication**:Assist in client communication by providing relevant data, reports, and updates as needed.
Address client inquiries or requests related to backend operations promptly and professionally.

**Process Improvement**:Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest enhancements to streamline backend operations.
Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in auditing and backend operations, preferably in a compliance or risk management context.
- Strong data management and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in using auditing and data management tools.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Brampton, ON L6T 5P8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
