Are you an experienced manager with a passion for customer service and cars?

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Store Manager to lead our automotive retail store.

You will be responsible for overseeing a team of 6+ employees, ensuring excellent customer service with phone in sales and walk in clientele. You will be managing accounts receivable, handling bank deposits, and contributing to monthly reporting.
- Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service Excellence: Ensure the highest level of customer service is provided at all times. Adapt to a wide range of customer needs and provide knowledgeable assistance. Must be able to address various customer personalities and situations, providing exceptional service while building and maintaining long-term relationships.
- Administrative
- Collection of accounts receivable, post payments, and ensure accuracy in transactions. Responsible for balancing cash/cheques/credit card slips with system.
- Handle daily and weekly administrative duties. Scheduling employees and keeping track of vacation time. Assist with month-end reporting, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date.
- Inventory & Store Operation: Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock order. Ensure that deliveries are made within scheduled times. Make sure the store and stock area are well organized and clean.
- Communication: Maintain clear, consistent and honest communication with the store owners, providing regular updates on sales, performance and employee concerns.
- **Qualifications**:

- **At least 2-3 years of managerial experience, preferably in an automotive/retail environment.**:

- **Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail, especially when handling financial tasks. Time management is extremely important when dealing with our incoming shipments and outgoing deliveries to customers.**:

- **Leadership Sills: Demonstrated the ability to be a team leader and a team player, manage conflict and create an enjoyable and welcoming work environment for all.**

Pay: $17.46-$23.58 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
