As we continue to grow, we're looking for a **Store Manager** who is passionate about cannabis, thrives in a leadership role, and brings proven industry experience to help drive store success and team development.

**Role Overview**

The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure full compliance with AGCO regulations, lead and develop a retail team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is not only operationally strong but also passionate about cannabis culture, education, and responsible use.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead all aspects of store operations, including scheduling, inventory, cash handling, and staff supervision.
- Ensure full compliance with AGCO and Health Canada cannabis retail regulations.
- Drive sales and customer satisfaction through team coaching, product knowledge, and operational excellence.
- Hire, train, and mentor staff, creating a high-performing and compliant team.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee product ordering, receiving, and merchandising.
- Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and discretion.
- Foster a welcoming and educational environment for both customers and employees.
- Monitor and report on KPIs and suggest improvements to enhance performance.
- Ensure safety and security protocols are followed at all times.

**Qualifications**
- **Minimum 3 years of experience in the cannabis retail industry (legal market).**:

- **Minimum 1 year of experience in a leadership or management role.**:

- Strong understanding of AGCO regulations and Ontario’s cannabis retail framework.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to coach, motivate, and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Must be 19+ and legally authorized to work in Canada.
- CannSell certification required (or willingness to obtain prior to start).

Pay: $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- On call
- Weekends as needed
