Etobicoke, Canada Downing Street Property Management Inc. Full time

Downing Street Property Management Inc. is seeking a Live-in Building Superintendent who is reliable, detail-oriented, and hard-working. You will be the onsite representative of Downing Street Property Management and the primary point of contact for residents of the building. In addition to your monthly wage, you will also be provided with single-bedroom living accommodation for the duration of your employment. The building is a residential condominium located at Kipling and Finch in Northeast Etobicoke.

**Responsibilities Include**:
**Repairs/Cleaning/Maintenance**
- Maintain overall building appearance, daily inspections, ensure cleanliness of entrance and exit of building, all common areas and corridors, including floor maintenance and general grounds maintenance;
- Supervise move-in and move-out of residents;
- Facilitate work orders and perform maintenance and repairs as directed by the Property Manager.
- Ensure all work facilitated by third-party service providers is completed properly and in a professional manner.

**Customer Service/Tenant Relations**
- Assist with addressing resident questions and concerns in a timely manner;
- Always maintain positive relations with all residents;
- Maintain detailed records of resident communications and solutions;
- On-call support for after-hour emergencies;
**Safety**
- Always ensure resident safety and security;
- Promptly respond to all emergencies and document accurately;
- Identify any issues and recommend solutions to prevent incidents;
**General**
- Additional duties as assigned by Property Manager

**Compensation**:$26,000 annually ($2,167 monthly) in addition to living accommodations provided by the Condominium Corporation including:

**Salary**: $24,000.00-$26,000.00 per year
