**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and laborers to ensure project timelines are met.
- Review blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Manage project budgets, including estimating costs and tracking expenses throughout the project lifecycle.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore for project tracking and documentation.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure work meets industry standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and engineers regarding project progress and any issues that arise.
- Prepare reports on project status, including timelines, budgets, and any necessary adjustments.
