**Job description**

Job Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Parts Manager to join our Audi team. The Parts Manager will be responsible for overseeing the parts department, managing inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient order processing and exceptional service.

**Requirements**:

- CDK Experience mandatory
- German/European brand experience - preference given to VW and Audi
- Two years management experience
- Setting and reviewing internal business plans and targets.
- Participating and reviewing annual business plans with the management team and Audi Canada.
- Reviewing, developing, and implementing an overall department strategy focused on operational improvement, efficiencies, and growth.
- Development and enhancement of wholesale business reach and sales.
- Physical parts management, security, and inventory.
- Accurate invoicing and closure of each month and fiscal year end.
- Developing marketing initiatives to grow parts, accessory, and wholesale business.
- Developing seasonal tire season strategies with both service managers.
- Responsible for store merchandising for boutique, seasonal tire displays, showroom accessories and service department items.
- Ensuring each respective brand achieves their quarterly and annual parts loyalty and purchase objectives.
- Responsible for scheduling, vacation management and ensuring sufficient staff is present to support business operations.
- Ensuring employee training is complete for yourself and Parts staff through the Audi TRC (Training Resource Centre).
- Responsible for employee hiring, training, coaching, review, and discipline.
- Active management of daily Audi Warranty policies and procedures with regards to operations, mandatory part replacement, warranty parts return and destruction and core disposition.
- Managing customer relations and handling complaints and escalations.

In addition to your daily, monthly, and annual responsibilities, you will be responsible for ensuring parts destruction is completed in a timely manner, part core disposition is complete, invoicing is processed in a timely manner, daily cash transactions are balanced, warranty parts are held for examination and Audi Policies and Producers are adhered to.

Pay: $90,000.00 ++ per year
