Front desk client support
- Answer telephone calls and greet service users in office, direct to appropriate staff
- Assist with clothing, necessities and food support

Qualifications:

- Office Administration Diploma, Social Service Worker Diploma or related education or relevant years of experience (1 years)
- Advanced oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingualism considered an asset (French/English)
- Community relations, customer service and collaborative skills.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
- CPIC -Vulnerable Sector Check
- CPI Non-Violent Crisis Intervention and Prevention
- CPR and First Aid
- Suicide Intervention training
- Experience with scheduling
- Knowledge of issues relating to criminalized individuals
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $20.27 per hour

Expected hours: 14 - 35 per week
