As the Membership Services/Front Desk staff you are the face of the club and are responsible for ensuring that the SITC members and non-members feel welcomed, appreciated, understood and professionally served.
Although this is entry is part time, with hours as scheduled by the Manager, we provide career great development options with full time hours.
**What You Can Expect in This Role**:
- Open/Close the SITC, ensuring all members have vacated the property, and ensuring the club is secured and armed.
- Escalate complex client inquiries to the appropriate team lead.
- Proactively building positive relationships with the members and furthering our mission of complete member satisfaction.
- Accept and manage payments using the internal software as well as payment processors and point of sale systems.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of various reports requested by board members and team leaders.
- Daily general tidiness of club washrooms, member lounge, tennis courts, etc.
- At times, you may be required to work beyond your regular hours for special events, tournaments, etc.
- Other duties and office administration responsibilities, as assigned.
**What You Bring to The Role**:
- High school Diploma
- Exceptional time management skills
- Ability to use and understand Google Spreadsheets proficiently
- Strong attention to detail with an aptitude for proofreading, suggesting alternatives and making/requesting modifications as needed.
- Proficient with PC’s, with the ability to quickly learn and become proficient with new software as needed.
- Proficient with Google’s G-Suite software, combining Google Drive, Gmail, Docs, Sheets, etc.
