As the general manager of a busy restaurant you will be required to do the following:

- Ensuring incoming and existing staff comply with company policies
- Training staff to follow restaurant procedures and quality service
- Maintaining safety and food quality standards
- Keeping customers happy and handling complaints
- Organizing schedules and managing labour costs
- Keeping track of employees' hours
- Recording payroll data
- Ordering liquor, receiving bar deliveries, tracking and managing inventory
- Managing liquor costs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $39,000.00-$42,000.00 per year

- 10 hour shift
