**Key Responsibilities**:
- Patient Management: Check-in and check-out patients. Maintain patient flow and waiting room management. Jane Software experience a bonus.
- Billing and Invoice and Gift Certificate management.
- Administrative Support: Perform general office tasks such as laundry and housekeeping to maintain a clean and welcoming clinic environment.
- Customer Service Excellence: Strive to provide an exceptional experience for every patient, ensuring satisfaction and a high level of care throughout their visit.
- Knowledge of social media platforms & best practices including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Canva.
- Work effectively both independently and in team.
- Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
**Do you have what it takes?**:
- Previous reception experience
- Previous experience in the Medical Aesthetician Industry
- Proficiency in Jane Platform (Beneficial)
- Retail Experience (Beneficial)
- Outstanding communication and client rapport (required)
- Possess a professional demeanor, polished and poised in appearance (required)
- Strong Administrative skills (required)
- Confident and Friendly (required)

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday 3pm to 8pm, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 10am to 1pm and Friday 10am to 3pm. Total 19 hours - flexibility would be an asset.
**Experience**:
- Administrative experience: 1 year (required)
**Job Type**: Part-time
Expected hours: No more than 19 per week
