Change Management Coordinator

**Specific Job Description**:
- Change Development Coordination on the Canadian Surface Combatant (CSC) Program.**Responsibilities include**:
- The Change Development Coordinator works within the Change Management Team reporting to the change Management Lead for the development and statusing of change proposals.
- Timely update of Change Management Database with accurate status in support of the assigned area and supported by the technical SMEs and DPM CM Coordinator. Support Price Review Package/EPP development. Interface with leadership to schedule price reviews.
- Development of metrics and change management Scorecards, and metrics/performance dashboard for reporting status and execution internally as well as out to stakeholders.
- Responsible for data collections and maintenance of COP/ECP DPM Scorecards & Dashboard data, Performance Metrics internal to each IPT, Schedule Execution & RTG Metrics, Process Measurements & Improvements Indicators, Redmine Data Integrity, validation, and timeliness.
- Periodic travel may be required.
**What you bring to the role**
- Experience working in one or more of the following functions: Engineering, Operations, Finance, Programs, Quality, or Supply Chain
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office including PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance - Mandatory
- Works well in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent Organizational and Communications Skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines while managing a large and varied workload
**Additional skills desired for the role**
- Understands databasing methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience in Military Technology Industry
- Experience working in one or more of the following functions: Engineering, Operations, Finance, Programs, Quality, or Supply Chain
- Ability to work autonomously
- Ability to achieve aggressive deadlines while working in a fast-paced environment
