**Role**: PMO Change Manager

**Location**: Halifax, NS

Develop and implement Change Management (CM) Strategy and associated Plans to

minimize the change risk;
- Manage the delivery of planned change management activities and actions;
- Conduct change assessments and change gap analysis
- Confirm leadership alignment and sponsor activation;
- Advise, guide and coach business and project leaders on change roles;
- Plan, prepare and lead planned project change management communications;
- Lead and facilitate change management meetings and activities;
- Manage change readiness;
- Conduct stakeholder assessments and plan engagement activities;
- Support business stakeholders in the adoption changes;
- Measure change effectiveness and ensure change sustainability;
- Work closely with assigned PM to align schedule and change activities within the overall

project plan;
- Conduct end-user training needs assessment and provide training material input;
**Certifications**: Prosci CMP, CCMP with minimum five (5) years.

Pay: $30.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
