Job Title: Sales Assistant - Branded Merchandise
Location: Edmonton, ALberta
**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and offering product recommendations.
- Prepare and present product demos to clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our branded merchandise.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and new products to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Support the sales process by preparing quotes, processing orders, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
- Attend trade shows, networking events, and other industry functions to represent the company and build client relationships.
- Manage and update client databases and sales records.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
- Ability to Lift 40 lbs.
- Clean Drivers Abstract and Reliable Vehicle
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred in Marketing or Business Management
- Experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, preferably in the branded merchandise or promotional products industry.
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or Corel Draw and assest but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.

- Starting $20.00 - $22.00 per hour depending on experience
- Km Compensation when your personal car is required for meetings and drop offs.
- Benefit Allowance after 3 months
- Attractive Hours: Monday - Friday (8:30am - 4:30pm)
- No Weekends and Statutory Holidays
