Manager, Managed Services Delivery

**Responsibilities**
- Analyze service KPIs to identify opportunities to improve the performance, reliability, or availability of a product or service through automations or other technical innovations
- Identifies opportunities for improvement and collaborates to build solutions to accelerate delivery via process enhancements and automation
- Supports employee & team development in support of growth of the employee and the business
- Supports employees through goal setting and regular development conversations
- Responsible for budget management supported by finance team
- Provides overarching project direction, understanding interdependencies and prioritizing projects (from a tactical perspective) across teams
- Participates in Incident, Problem and Change processes as they relate to all facets of Managed and internal infrastructure components
- Responsible for capacity planning of server environments components
- Participate in post-mortem discussions and root cause analysis
- Support the creation and maintenance of customer and internal technical documentation
- Research industry trends, best practices and new technologies that will provide operational insights to internal teams

**Qualifications**
- A post-secondary diploma or degree in a relevant field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in a Service Management or related role is preferred
- 5+ years professional experience in an end user technology services leadership role
- Professional experience in IT, preferably in an IT Operations or Service Provider environment preferred
- Prior experience with ITSM based tools, such as ServiceNow, Remedy or Jira Service Desk
- ITIL v3 Foundations or Practitioner certification preferred
- Experience with ITIL v4 concepts a plus
- Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills
- Organized individual with an ability to prioritize multiple priorities in a fast paced and changing environment
