**Solution Delivery Manager - Data & Analytics**
- Rogers is seeking a manager to lead a team of full time and contractor employees to play a key role in solving complex business problems by turning data into actionable insights through conceptualizing, designing, developing and testing analytical solutions as required.- This individual will be expected to lead the successful delivery of multiple simultaneous strategic programs working collaboratively with multiple business units, IT teams and external partners.

**What You’ll be doing**:

- Solution Delivery
- Review of solution designs and code to conform to Rogers’ SDLC standards and gating processes.
- Manage the design & development of Data Warehouse ETLs and reports to meet project needs.
- Participate in Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions to create / review solution designs.
- Drive value-added decision through requirements and design phases of projects to align with Rogers strategic goals.
- Project Delivery
- Management and oversight of project delivery (Project Plans, Financials, Resource Management)
- Ensure projects are meeting their deliverables for schedule, budget, quality and scope
- Stakeholder Management
- Manage relationships and expectations with Stakeholders.
- Develop, lead and execute roadmaps to support business objectives
- Manage a team of full time employees
- Performance reviews
- Mentoring & coaching (SME knowledge, industry best practices, design standards)
- Hiring and employee development
- Vendor Management
- Manage vendor resource engagements
- Manage vendor deliverables to ensure compliance to Rogers’ standards
- Drive vendor efficiencies through automation \ optimization of processes
- Provide SME knowledge and support of processes to business and operations teams
- Driving Process and Tool improvements to optimize Rogers’ operations and cost efficiencies.
- Develop solution standards for code, documentation and designs to ensure best in class solutions.

**Lead Technology Focus**
- (1) Azure \ Databricks \ Snowflake
- (2) Oracle
- (3) PowerBI \ Tableau

**What you need to have**:

- Minimum of 5 years of Data Warehouse experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of Azure \ Databricks & scripting experience.
- Minimum of 2 years managing projects \ project delivery and managing employees
- Basic understanding of SQL queries, query optimization and table design and Oracle database
- Familiarilty with Jira, Confluence and MS Project
- Ability to multi-task on multiple high priority projects \ deliverables.
- Strong communication skills (Oral & Written)
- Proven passion for driving process improvements

Nice to Have:

- Knowledge of Data Modeling.
- AWS cloud experience
- Knowledge of Telecom Industry an asset.
- Knowledge of PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx an asset.
