Real Estate 360 Property Advisory Limited is seeking an energetic individual to join their management team as Residential Property Manager.

Duties include:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of residential properties
- Manage tenant relations and address any concerns or issues
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs for the properties
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Collect rent and manage financial transactions
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Utilize a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to track work orders and maintenance activities
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report generation
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, vendors, and contractors

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred
- Strong negotiation and customer service skills
- Proficient in using property management software such as Yardi, Rent Cafe or similar platforms
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
- Ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups of people
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently

**Salary**: $52,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dartmouth, NS B2Y 2N4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
