Real Estate 360 Property Advisory Limited is one of Atlantic Canada’s largest and most diversified real estate companies providing a range of services including commercial, condominium, residential property management, sales and leasing, development and project management. We are currently looking for the "right-fit & "right-person" to manage a portfolio of properties under the direction, guidance, and leadership of the Director of Condominium & Residential. In this role, working closely with the Director, you will work with a supportive team at Real Estate 360 that includes the Administration and Accounting team, but you will also wear many hats in your position. In a competitive environment that requires timely communication, you will maintain excellent relationships with clients and staff through various communication channels. Most work happens from the office, with some work occurring in the field, with occasional flexibitly to work remote. You will assist with establishing programs for operations, maintenance, and capital improvements of buildings and equipment within your portfolio and, once approved, carry out these capital plans. You will not only sit behind a desk, but visit properties to ensure they are running smoothly and assist staff as required. A keen eye to detail and improvement is what sets you apart. The ability to see, action and carry through is essential. While our Accounting Department handles much of the heavy financial lifting you will collaborate and work as a team member to ensure that expenses are well-controlled within budget and that all financial statements and budgets are prepared in a timely manner for review with your clients. You will attend meetings and work closely with clients in the development of goals, objectives, and policies. Lastly, you will make certain that all documentation, such as leases, plans, financial data, and other administrative files, are properly maintained and up to date. Personally, you are a diplomatic communicator, responsive, have a sense of humor, can prioritize work, have well-developed skills in client service, conflict resolution, and dealing with people. You exhibit a high level of professionalism and have the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with co-workers, clients, and external partners. Your organization, time management, responsiveness, and ability to learn are skills you hold and as such you can meet deadlines with ease and accuracy. You want to grow with a company and not just looking for a quick stop-over. In summary, this is not an Administrative role. This is a Property Manager Role that deals with Condominiums and Residential Properties. While experience would be great, we will hire the right person with the right attributes and personality.
