Operations Manager

GrowME Marketing is a results-driven digital marketing agency dedicated to scaling businesses through strategy, creativity, and execution. We’re seeking an experienced **Operations Manager** to lead internal processes, streamline execution, and enhance team productivity across departments.
**Responsibilities**:
**Daily Operations & Cross-Functional Management**
- Oversee operations across SEO, design, PPC, content, marketing, and client services.
- Maintain workflow efficiency and remove executional bottlenecks.
- Align and coordinate department heads to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
- Enforce high service standards and uphold GrowME’s brand promise.
**Strategic Execution & Planning**
- Convert strategic vision into quarterly and annual execution plans.
- Drive the execution of key marketing initiatives tied to growth and profitability.
- Lead EOS Level 10 meetings and planning sessions.
**Performance & Accountability**
- Implement KPIs and scorecards to track client results, profitability, and execution efficiency.
- Ensure departmental accountability on timelines, outcomes, and quality.
- Resolve cross-functional issues using the IDS framework.
**Project & Resource Management**
- Oversee scope, timelines, and delivery quality of client campaigns.
- Manage resource allocation and hiring needs across departments.
- Optimize workload balance to ensure productivity and prevent burnout.
**Process & Systems Optimization**
- Improve workflows in client onboarding, campaign execution, and reporting.
- Leverage tools like CRMs, PM platforms, and analytics software to drive operational efficiency.
**Financial Oversight**
- Partner with Finance to manage margins, budget forecasts, and profitability.
- Track client retention and adjust pricing models to optimize revenue.
**Client Success & Issue Management**
- Support client teams in driving satisfaction, retention, and results.
- Step in on escalated issues and ensure client concerns are resolved promptly.
- Monitor feedback loops and improve service consistency.
**Leadership & Team Development**
- Guide department leaders to uphold agency vision, values, and performance goals.
- Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Drive staff development and ensure training aligns with industry standards.
**Qualifications**
- 5+ years in operations (preferably in an agency setting).
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of marketing processes and agency workflows.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana), CRMs, analytics.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
