Bonnyville, Canada Ducharme Motors Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensures that the same high quality level of service provided to outside customers is also provided to internal dealership customers.
- Works with the service advisors to ensure a timely turnaround of parts needed for internal jobs.
- Sell parts through the shop, by phone or over the counter to customers.
- Assist walk-in customers with the selection of parts, suggest companion requirements and relay specials to ensure customer is aware of the product line.
- Provide price quotes and other related parts information via the telephone.
- Determine availability on out-of-stock items and, if requested by customer, submit emergency order.
- Retrieve parts purchased from stock.
- Review files weekly to keep track of back orders and return to vendor items.
- Issue credit for parts returned; ensure invoice number is on hand to verify purchases and pricing.
- Assist the Parts Manager in ordering stocked parts.
- Analyzes departmental operations and storage layout and revises as needed for maximum effectiveness.
- Handles customer complaints immediately and according to the dealership's guidelines
- Follow all company and manufacturer policies, directives and procedures.
- Comply with required health and safety regulations.
- Maintains professional appearance.
- Other duties as assigned by manager.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skills and an aptitude for customer service and sales are essential
- Previous Automotive or Parts knowledge will be considered an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving abstract
