**Qualifications**:

- Experience in the customer service industry - We want people who love people
- Excellent Customer service skills and detail orientated
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with tight time constraints
- Proficient in computer software and office equipment
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving abstract
- Advise customers about necessary service for routine maintenance for current and future visits.
- Confers with customers about inspection results, recommend corrective procedures, and prepare work order for needed repairs.
- Writes a brief description of the customer's concern on the repair order to help the technician locate the problem.
- Explains the work performed and the repair order charges to the customer.
- Handles customer inquiries.
- Refers to service history, inspects vehicle, and recommends additional needed service.
- Advises customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacturers' specifications.
- Provides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts.
- Manages open work order list.
- Experience in a previous Service Advisor role is considered an asset but not required We are willing to train the right individual
