**About the Opportunity**

LCU's **Member Service Advisors** are the smiling faces that greet our members when they walk into one of our branches providing a personalized and friendly experience for each member. You will play an integral role in providing exceptional service for each member by responding to member inquiries, identifying financial needs and providing recommendations for LCU products. They do all this by getting to know our members and helping them complete day-to-day banking transactions.

More specifically, some of your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Accurately processing member transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, loan and utility payments, money orders, wires, cheque cashing, calculation of foreign and domestic exchange.
- Understanding member needs and identifying opportunities to promote our products and services, referring them to appropriate team member as needed.
- Contributing positively to workplace culture where we celebrate our successes and work together to achieve our shared goals.

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are ready to embrace the summer and make a difference In order to qualify for this role, you will need your **High School Diploma.**
