*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated Prep Cook to assist in the preparation of delicious dishes in our kitchen. The Prep Cook will be responsible for assisting with meal preparation, ensuring food safety standards are met, and supporting the kitchen team. *Duties* - Assist in preparing ingredients for cooking, including washing, chopping, and measuring - Follow recipes and help with food preparation under the guidance of the chef - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Assist in stocking and organizing kitchen inventory - Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations *Requirements* - Previous experience in a food service or restaurant environment is preferred - Knowledge of basic food handling and preparation techniques - Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Understanding of food safety standards and procedures

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
