**Overview**: We are looking for a dedicated Line Cook/Prep Cook that has experience cooking Italian dishes

As a Line Cook/Prep Cook, you will play a crucial role in preparing and cooking delicious dishes while maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

**Duties**: - Prepare ingredients for cooking, including cutting, chopping, and measuring - Assist in cooking menu items following established recipes and guidelines - Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures - Collaborate with kitchen team members to deliver exceptional dishes in a timely manner - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area and equipment - Monitor inventory levels and communicate effectively with the team to restock supplies as needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
