Our restaurant is seeking a skilled and motivated Line and Prep Cook to join our team. As a Line and Prep Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of menu items, mainly breakfasts, sandwiches, and salads. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all food is prepared in accordance with established recipes and quality standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items
- Follow established recipes and quality standards to ensure consistency and quality of food
- Assist in the development of new menu items
- Ensure that food is stored, prepared, and cooked in accordance with food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure that all food is prepared and delivered in a timely manner
- Keep the kitchen area clean and organized
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Line and Prep Cook in a restaurant setting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
