With the goal of providing exceptional customer service, the **Internet Sales Specialist** is responsible for responding, distributing, and following up on leads to drive online business. This role addresses customer inquiries to understand their automotive needs.
Some of the qualifications include:
- Ability to establish and maintain high customer satisfaction through exceptional customer service
- Ability to set and achieve targeted goals
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-orientation with a sense of pride in quality work
- Must be available evenings and weekends
