**Job Summary**:The Human Resources Generalist, reporting to the President & Chief Operating Officer, will be responsible for human resources activities related to employee recruitment, onboarding, coordinating professional development and performance reviews, creating compensation tables and facilitating succession planning.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the recruiting and interviewing processes and the on-boarding and off-boarding of employees.
- Coordinate and introduce company benefit programs to new and existing employees.
- Ensure accuracy of personnel files and documentation.
- Conduct training needs assessments and participate in the selection or development of appropriate programs and monitoring of their success.
- Coordinate annual performance reviews and performance metrics.
- Maintain compensation tables and the organizational chart.
- Facilitate succession planning in consultation with management.
- Performing other duties as assigned/required.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- 3 years of HR experience or more is preferred.
- Experience and proficiency in responsibilities listed above.
- Possess a solid working knowledge of HR laws and policies.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
