Personal Assistant to The CEO

We currently have an opening for a Go Getter, all - rounded type of individual, who has a positive and professional attitude within a multidisciplinary work environment. This person will have to be available to work 35 hours per week as the personal assistant to the CEO (physician) of the company. Some additional hours on weekends may be required on a bi-weekly basis.
The position would be split between helping out at the medical-cosmetic clinic which is located at the East end of Ottawa, as well as assisting with personal household responsibilities at the CEO's personal residence.
Job Responsibilities:
- Clean medical clinic and house of CEO- 3x per weeks and touch ups as required
- Wash, fold and organize clothing
- Organize house and medical clinic
- Run personal errands as required
- Cook and prepare meals ( mostly lunches)
- Occasional childcare
- Purchase and assemble furniture and appliances
- Light gardening and handy work
- Restock missing items at home and office
- Other duties as required
The successful applicant will have the benefits of discounted medical and or cosmetic treatments, as well as all statuary holidays off.
