**Requirements**:
You will be responsible for analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities for site optimizations and retention marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for developing and executing retention marketing campaigns that increase customer loyalty, drive repeat purchases, and maximize customer lifetime value.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement customer retention strategies.
- Create and maintain reporting dashboards that provide insights into customer behavior and campaign performance.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to implement data tracking and reporting tools to support data-driven decision-making.
- Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to improve customer retention.
- Continuously test and optimize retention campaigns to improve performance and maximize ROI.
- Communicate performance results and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics and retention marketing, preferably in a B2C e-commerce environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience with data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, or similar.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other testing methodologies.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, such as Shopify or Magento, is a plus.
- Experience with SQL and data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Looker, is a plus.
