We are looking for a fashion savvy E-Commerce Manager to join a leader in men’s fashion in Montreal

Full-time. Permanent.

**Responsibilities**:

- Track key performance indicators like site traffic, conversion rates, and customer retention;
- Provide actionable insights through regular performance reports for senior management;
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans for product launches and promotions. Identify target segments and optimize strategies using data insights;
- Lead cross-functional teams to enhance website features, manage content calendars, and ensure successful project execution;
- Ensure cohesive messaging across all channels;
- Manage product catalogs, plan promotions, and enhance user experiences on product pages, aligning merchandising with marketing efforts;
- Conduct market research, analyze sales data, and coordinate with wholesale teams for product selection and promotions;

Requirement:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Marketing, or a related field;
- 4+ years of combined experience in digital marketing and e-commerce, preferably with a fashion brand;
- Proven expertise in digital marketing platforms, analytics, and/or experience with third-party digital marketing agencies;
- In-depth knowledge of the social media landscape, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X), YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging platforms;
- Demonstrated ability to grow and scale e-commerce businesses;
- Strong proficiency with Shopify Plus and Google Analytics;
- Highly organized self-starter with excellent copywriting and verbal communication skills;
- Collaborative, creative, and adaptable work style;
- Solid understanding of marketing, advertising, and digital content principles;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
