le coordonnateur des achats import est chargé de soutenir les activités de l’équipe, fourni un niveau élevé de service à la clientèle (client internes et externes), de maintenir les bases de données et de bâtir les rapports sur les indicateurs de performance clés du département.

Également, en collaboration avec l’ensemble des départements des opérations, marketing, ventes, ingénierie, qualité et R&D, le département des Achats et Relations Fournisseurs défini les approches optimales afin de prioriser, mener et implanter les stratégies d’approvisionnements.

Dans ce cadre, le coordonnateur - Achats Import devra entre autres:

- Faire le suivi de toutes les importations faites par Agropur à travers le monde.
- Organiser l’expédition et la livraison des marchandises entre le pays exportateur et le Canada selon les réglementations en vigueur.
- Communiquer avec nos partenaires internes et externes les modes de transport disponibles, ainsi que les requis documentaires pour chacun d’eux, d’obtenir ces dit documents, remplir la demande de permis avec le code tarifaire applicable et finalement faire le dédouanement.
- Négocier/Optimiser les taux et les stratégies de transports, de transit, de courtage en douane, etc. avec nos différents partenaires d’affaires externes.
- Effectuer la revue de performance annuelle de nos partenaires d’affaires externes.
- Gérer le portail GCRA et de veiller à ce que nos frais de douane soient exacts.
- Être en mesure de remettre en question nos façons de faire pour s’assurer que nos processus sont optimaux et alignés avec nos KPI.

Compétences recherchées
- Curiosité et autonomie: le coordonnateur doit savoir retrousser ses manches pour effectuer un travail de recherche et d’analyse lorsque l’information ou les outils ne sont pas disponibles.
- Esprit d’équipe et de collaboration : le coordonnateur doit connaître ses partenaires internes et externes et établir une communication fluide et respectueuse avec ceux-ci.

Exigences
- Baccalauréat en gestion des opérations ou autre domaine connexe.
- Détenir au moins un an d’expérience dans le domaine de la logistique et/ou des achats.
- Avoir une connaissance des réseaux de transports logistiques internationaux.
- Maitrise du français et de l’anglais (parlé et écrit, car devra échanger fréquemment avec des clients à l'international).
- Esprit d’analyse et de synthèse.
- Bonne maitrise des logiciels de la Suite office : EXCEL avancé (incluant tableaux croisés dynamique)
