**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, review, and submit warranty claims in accordance with **GM warranty policies and guidelines**
- Track, reconcile, and follow up on all submitted claims to ensure prompt payment
- Maintain organized and accurate warranty records for auditing and reporting purposes
- Work closely with service, parts, and accounting departments to validate claims and documentation
- Resolve rejected or returned claims by identifying and correcting errors
- Stay current on GM warranty updates, processes, and compliance requirements

**Qualifications**:

- **Minimum 1-2 years of GM warranty processing experience is required**
- Familiarity with dealership management systems (experience with CDK or Reynolds & Reynolds is a strong asset)
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment
