North Ridge Development Corporation, Saskatchewan’s leading home builder, is seeking a Service & Warranty Manager to join our Saskatoon team. Reporting to the Construction Manager the purpose of the Service & Warranty Manager position is to oversee the efficient and effective execution of North Ridge’s warranty program. This position is responsible for all on-site activities and assessments, as well as working with clients to resolve conflicts and issues.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Direct Warranty Technician(s) at site as to how to proceed and what is and is not covered under warranty.
- Discuss Service Requests not covered by North Ridge’s warranty program with Vice President of Construction to resolve.
- Work to resolve issues with customers prior to sending to New Home Warranty.
- Work with Vice President of Construction to set and track warranty budget.
- Conduct weekly warranty meetings.
- Conduct weekly Toolbox training sessions with warranty staff.
- Conduct training on new standards and products.
- Conduct training of new personnel in Warranty Department.
- Identify and implement opportunities for improvement in the Warranty program.
- Identify and recommend changes to products and workmanship.
- Review and approve staff timesheets.
- Complete Vehicle Maintenance Report on a monthly basis and provide to the Construction Manager.
- Work with Human Resources to advertise, interview and hire new employees.
- Manage performance of direct reports including providing direction, mentorship, establishing performance criteria and conducting performance reviews as per North Ridge’s process.
- Resolve problems/issues in an effective and timely manner, always keeping the customer in mind.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Education, Experience and Skills Required**:

- General knowledge of building, electrical, and plumbing.
- 5+ years of carpentry, renovation/home improvement experience.
- 2 years of experience in a management position.
- Ability to read house plans.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Valid driver’s license, insurable by North Ridge.
- Self-motivated.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient time management and organizational skills.
- Customer-focused and customer-driven.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions from hot to cold.

Pay: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
