Duties and required attributes include:

- Handling large volume of incoming customer calls.
- Outbound collection calls.
- Ability to problem solve and respond to customer inquiries.
- Ability to calculate account adjustments.
- Account reconciliations.
- Process and balance customer credit card payments.
- Identify problem accounts and escalate collection action.

To be successful in this role you must have previous office experience, an excellent telephone manner, sound mathematical skills, and a demonstrated ability to solve problems in a fast paced environment.

This is a Monday to Friday position, 8 am to 4:30 pm, starting wage $23.50/hr + a Bonus structure.
