**Duties**:
The NetSuite Customer Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our NetSuite clients to ensure their success and satisfaction. The CSM acts as a trusted advisor, helping clients optimize their use of NetSuite to achieve their business objectives. This role involves proactive engagement, problem-solving, and strategic planning to drive customer success and retention.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Client Success & Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Onboarding & Implementation Transition: Lead the post-implementation transition from project delivery to Managed Services, ensuring seamless onboarding, system reviews, and risk mitigation.
- Customer Engagement & Strategy: Conduct regular business reviews (QBRs), system health checks, and strategic discussions to align software solutions with client business goals.
- Project & Risk Management: Oversee customer success initiatives, including project planning, change management, risk assessments, and adherence to project scope, timeline, and budget.
- Optimization & Business Process Enhancement: Identify opportunities for post-implementation improvements, driving efficiency and maximizing ROI for clients.
- Revenue Growth & Expansion: Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts, collaborating with sales teams to expand service offerings.
- Customer Advocacy & Retention: Drive customer referenceability by fostering long-term partnerships, increasing engagement, and delivering measurable value.
- Executive Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with key client stakeholders, providing recommendations and insights that support business transformation.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a customer success, account management, or consulting role, preferably with NetSuite or ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of NetSuite functionality and capabilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $100,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
