Overview Join Customer Success Manager role at Sectra. Sectra Canada offers leading medical IT solutions to Canadian market. Our focus is to empower healthcare providers with enterprise imaging and PACS solutions. Responsibilities Support customer onboarding into Sectra products, platforms, and support channels. Serve as primary, long‑term point of contact for assigned customers. Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across clinical, technical, and leadership teams. Advocate for customers within Sectra, ensuring concerns and priorities are represented. Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities; coordinate resources to address them. Promote effective use of Sectra platforms, support channels, and community. Collect and synthesize customer feedback to support continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, health informatics, IT, or related field. 5+ years in customer success, account management, or client‑facing role. Background in healthcare IT, enterprise software, or technical implementations. Strong relationship‑building skills and trusted advisor mindset. Excellent communication, organization, and planning. French language knowledge is an asset. Benefits Competitive salary: $115k – $137.9k. Performance‑based incentives. Education assistance. Robust health, dental, and vision benefits.
