Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily shop operations, scheduling, and workflow
  • Manage technicians, installers, and front-desk staff
  • Coordinate vehicle drop-offs, job timelines, and deliveries
  • Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and service follow-ups
  • Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • Use POS, booking, and shop management systems
  • Manage work orders, invoices, payroll, and cash handling
  • Assist with hiring, training, and performance management
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Shop Manager, Assistant Manager, or Supervisor
  • Automotive or service-based management experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Experience with scheduling, invoicing, and payroll
  • Comfortable using POS systems and digital tools
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Valid driver's license preferred
  • Bilingual skills are an asset
