**About Us**:
Southern Roofing & Waterproofing is a leader in the exterior construction industry, committed to providing top-quality service to our clients. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic **Production Assistant** to support our Exterior Division with administrative tasks, scheduling, and customer service. This is a supportive role for the Project Managers and Coordinator entering as an entry level position with the expectation to evolve into a full Coordinator role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with **customer service** and support inquiries
- Manage **scheduling** for trades and projects
- Handle **material orders** and inventory tracking
- Perform **data entry** and maintain organized records
- Utilize **Excel, Outlook, and Word** for daily tasks

**Requirements**:
Fluent in **English** (both spoken and written)
Strong **computer skills** (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Excellent **communication and customer service skills**
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
**Fast learner**, motivated, and enthusiastic
Ability to **multi-task** in a fast-paced environment

**How to Apply**:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Additional pay:
