**Position**: _**Junior Electrical Estimator/Coordinator**_

**Description of Duties**:

- Experienced in completing quote requests and customer estimates for commercial and residential project
- Experience with Accubid preferred.
- Coordinate team on projects to make sure Estimate and Work performed are properly outlined.
- Responsible for ordering project materials in a timely manner and ensuring delivery on site.
- Onsite assessment of change orders and scope change, and to make adjustments to project cost in a timely manner
- Develop and maintain relationships with our existing clients and vendors
- Residential & Commercial Experience Required
- Construction Experience an Asset - Working with Multiple Trades
- Job Costing to make sure jobs are running on budget
- Scheduling Workers to jobsite
- Finalizing Jobs and submitting invoices to clients in a timely manner.

**Skills and Requirements**:

- Outgoing personality and ability to effectively connect with people
- Great organizational skills & ability to anticipate needs/problems
- Knowledge of Products & Manufacturers
- Driver’s License
- Red Seal Certificate
- Safety and First Aid certifications are a bonus

**Experience In**:

- Commercial and Residential installation methods in the electrical trade
- Up to date on the Canadian Electrical Code
- Plan reading and interpretations
- Experience in motor controls and wiring is an added advantage

**Vehicle**:

- Use of company work truck

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Pay**:$38.00-$45.00 per hour based on experience

**Benefits**: Health spending account of $2,500/year

**Schedule**:

- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Potential for occasional evening and weekend work

**Supplemental pay types**:

- Overtime pay

- Commercial and Residential installations

**Language**:

- Fluent English (required) written and oral

**License/Certification**:

- Electrical Red Seal & FSR

**Work Location**:In person across the lower mainland
