We are seeking an **Estimating Coordinator **to join our team at our Head Office located in Coquitlam, BC. The estimating coordinator is responsible for organizing the tender request and submission process. They will work with the estimating team to ensure adherence to administrative and communication processes.

The estimating coordinator maintains industry databases and facilitates internal collaboration on bid opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate bid calendar for all PML offices.
- Execute document control procedures for estimating divisions.
- Maintain PML cloud-based file sharing site for the bid process.
- Support estimating team in submission process.
- Maintain supplier and subcontractor databases.
- Assist with division documentation archiving.
- Coordinate union funding requirements.
- Communicate as required with clients and suppliers/subtrades.
- Provide general office administration support.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years experience in construction estimation (preferably in the mechanical contracting industry)
- Post secondary diploma or degree in business or related field
- Able to interact and communicate effectively, both written and oral
- Attention to detail and accuracy is a must
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
