**Responsibilities**:

- Process and record financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Process Semi Monthly check runs and wire transfers
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Conduct account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries
- Assisting in general financial management and analysis
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and adhere to internal controls

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an Accounting Clerk or similar role
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Knowledge of financial services industry is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with account reconciliation processes
- Experience with payroll processing is preferred
